How do I order and what payment methods do you accept.

As we are an online store, you can simple select the design you want, select the size from the dropdown menu, and add to cart. Your order will be processed through the Paypal checkout.  We accept credit cards and direct bank deposit also.

Please contact us for the details if you would like direct bank deposit.

If you would like a custom design please feel free to contact us to see if we can deliver your requests.


What are the postage costs and how do you send ?

Postage is $15 flat rate on all orders.  Delivery is via registered Australia Post.


Do we ship outside Australia?

Yes.  We can deliver our canvas art anywhere in the world. Please contact us for postage cost.


How long does it take for the canvas to arrive?

All canvas art is made to order. Once you have approved the design and checked the correct spelling the canvas can be printed and shipped. Please allow up to 3 weeks after the approval for the canvas to be printed and delivered.


All orders must be paid for in full before canvas art is printed and posted.


Will I see a sample of my canvas work before it is printed?

Yes as all items are made to order you will receive a copy of your order via email for approval. Once you have approved the artwork we will place your order as soon as possible.


Can I use any language for the name on the artwork?

Some languages can be translated, please contact us with your exact words and we will provide a sample for you. Some fonts used may be changed to suit language requested.


Can I change the colour in any of the designs?

Some colours may be changed depending on the design please contact us if you have any specific requests.


My child has blonde hair? Can I swap the girl/boy character to another one in your range?

Many of the characters have variations of hair colour. Some designs have a choice of blonde, brown, black or red hair colour but not all. Please contact us if you would like to know if your hair colour is available on the design you like.

Some designs also have a dark skin option available as well.

What happens if I receive my goods and they are damaged or faulty?

Goods that are damaged in transit will be fully replaced, please let us know as soon as possible so we can replace the item as quickly as possible.

Please choose carefully. As the products are personalised we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
